Our Story

At CINCH, we believe movement should challenge you while still feeling supportive, intentional, and accessible to everybody. Coming soon to Pickering, Ontario, CINCH is a boutique fitness studio offering both low-impact, low-intensity and low-impact, high-intensity training—thoughtfully designed to meet a wide range of goals, needs, and experience levels. Every detail of our space, from our programming to our café, is rooted in care, connection, and community.

The name CINCH is inspired by the powerful visual cue of gently “cinching the ribs together” through deep core activation. The word itself also suggests drawing inward and tightening with purpose, reflecting our focus on functional strength, mindful control, and full-body conditioning. At CINCH, strength is not about pushing harder; it’s about moving smarter and feeling empowered in your body.

Our approach is grounded in expert-led instruction and purposeful movement. Classes are designed to build strength, stability, and endurance while prioritizing joint health, longevity, and confidence. You’ll be challenged and supported every step of the way by instructors who offer clear cues, thoughtful modifications, and encouragement that truly meet you where you are.
