Qualifications
Mat and Reformer Pilates Certification
CPR Certification
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Assets
Comprehensive Pilates Training Certification on all Pilates apparatus, including Mat, Reformer, Tower, and Chair
Barre Certification
Strong camera presence for photo/video shoots, and brand initiatives
Video Submission Requirements
Please submit a video (maximum 5 minutes) that includes the following sections:
Part 1: Introduction
Tell us who you are and why you became a Pilates instructor. This is about your personal journey as an instructor, not why you want to work at CINCH.
Part 2: Teaching Demo
Pick either a Mat, Reformer, Tower, or Chair exercise.
Explain how you would first cue “Pilates breathing” to engage the core.
Demonstrate how you would cue the movement, modify it for different abilities, and help participants understand its purpose using references to anatomy.

Coaching Requirements
As a CINCH Coach, you will coach low-impact, high-intensity strength workouts that blend Pilates principles with athletic conditioning using the Cinchformer, our modern reformer. Depending on your qualifications, you may require additional training. Please see below for more info.
Qualifications
At least one fitness instruction certification (i.e., Pilates, XFormer, etc.)
CPR Certification
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Extensive understanding of anatomy
Assets
XFormer or an equivalent accredited certification
Strong camera presence for photo/video shoots, and brand initiatives
Video Submission Requirements
Please submit a video (maximum 5 minutes) that includes the following sections:
Part 1: Introduction
Tell us who you are and share why you want to be a coach, not just at CINCH, but why coaching matters to you personally.
Part 2: Explain a Concept
Choose a fitness concept and break it down in a simple, beginner-friendly way. You can pick one of these or create your own:
What is a low-impact, high-intensity exercise?
What is progressive overload?
Part 3: Coaching Demo
Pick either a low-impact, high-intensity reformer movement or a mat exercise.
Demonstrate how you would cue the movement, modify it for different abilities, and help participants understand its purpose using references to anatomy.

Training & Compensation
Selected candidates will complete the CINCH Coach Certification Program to learn our signature coaching method and equipment.
Certification training is fully covered by CINCH Studios
Training takes place over 1–2 intensive multi-day training sessions, scheduled on weekends or weekday evenings, depending on the training cohort
Upon certification, coaches begin teaching at a training rate of $25 per class
After completing 85 classes, compensation increases to $35 per class
Regular weekly classes are guaranteed based on availability
Because CINCH invests in certification and coach development, instructors are asked to commit to teaching at the studio for a minimum of six (6) months following certification.
Additional details regarding training, compensation progression, and scheduling will be provided during the interview process.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of matcha beverages
Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the customer experience.
Operate POS systems efficiently for transactions.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio.
Follow food safety guidelines to ensure product quality.
Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
Food Handler Certification
1+ years of experience as a Barista or in a similar role within the food industry
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with POS systems is preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Assets
Previous experience in creating and serving matcha beverages
Strong camera presence for photo/video shoots, and brand initiatives
