The Cinchformer is a high-intensity, low-impact method designed to push your limits through constant resistance and deliberate time under tension. Performed on our custom Cinchformer—a large spring-based machine—this workout leverages continuous tension to challenge the body while remaining kind to the joints. Our 50-minute sessions range from comprehensive full-body burns to targeted muscle-group focuses, utilizing slow, controlled movements paired with quick transitions to maximize endurance. At CINCH, we keep class sizes intentionally small to ensure you receive the personalized attention and expert coaching you deserve.

You can book directly through our website or by downloading the CINCH Studios app, available on both iOS and Android. Our schedule drops every Sunday at 12:00 PM EST, allowing you to plan your workouts for the full week ahead.

Studio Policies & Etiquette
-
We ask that all classes be cancelled at least 6 hours in advance. Cancelling within 6 hours or no-showing will result in the following:
(a) For Clients using Drop-In Classes or Class Packs: Forfeiture of one (1) class credit and a $25 Late Cancellation Fee.
(b) For Clients with Unlimited Memberships: A $25 Late Cancellation Fee.
No-Show Policy. Failure to attend a booked class without providing a timely cancellation ("No-Show") will result in the following:
(a) For Clients using Drop-In Classes or Class Packs: Forfeiture of one (1) class credit and a $25 No-Show Fee.
(b) For Clients with Unlimited Memberships: A $25 No-Show Fee.
These policies help us respect the time of our instructors, manage our waitlist fairly, and ensure that every booked spot is available to those ready to attend.
-
We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to get settled and ready to move!
For safety and to prevent disruptions, we cannot admit clients who arrive more than 10 minutes after the class start time. Late arrivals will be considered a No-Show.
-
Waitlists move quickly! If a spot becomes available, we’ll send a confirmation via text or email to let you know you're in.
To ensure a fair experience for everyone, we ask that you remove yourself from the waitlist if you can no longer attend. Please note: once you’ve been moved off the waitlist and into class, our 6-hour cancellation window will apply.
-
To ensure all members have a fair opportunity to book their preferred times, any changes made within the 6-hour cancellation window—including switching to a different time on the same day—will be considered a late cancellation. Because moving a reservation releases a spot that another member could have used, all bookings become final once the 6-hour window begins.
-
We encourage it! Our Matcha Café is designed as a space to relax, refuel, and connect with the community before heading back into your day.
