FAQs
Is CINCH beginner-friendly?
Yes. All of our classes are designed to be accessible for beginners while still offering progressions for more experienced clients. Our instructors guide you through each movement and provide modifications so you can move confidently at your own level.
Are the classes challenging?
Yes. Our classes are intentionally designed to challenge you, build strength, and improve endurance. At the same time, our instructors are there to guide and support you, ensuring the challenge feels empowering and not overwhelming.
What is the difference between Reformer Pilates and Cinchformer?
Reformer Pilates is a method that focuses on low-impact, low-intensity strength, control, and mobility. Cinchormer is a low-impact, high-intensity reformer class that blends Pilates principles with athletic conditioning for a more powerful, sweat-driven experience.
What should I bring to class?
Grip socks are required for all classes. Comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and water are recommended. If you arrive without grip socks, no problem. They are available for purchase in-studio.
What is your cancellation and no-show policy?
We ask that all classes be cancelled at least 6 hours in advance. Cancelling within 6 hours or no-showing will result in a $30 administrative fee plus the loss of your class credit. These policies help us respect the time of our instructors, manage our waitlist fairly, and ensure that every booked spot is available to those ready to attend.
Can I stay after class?
We encourage it. Our protein matcha café is designed as a space to relax, refuel, and connect with the community before heading back into your day.
