Email info@cinchstudios.ca from the address on your CINCH account, or ask at the studio before purchasing your membership. We’ll confirm your eligible purchase, credit amount and membership choice, then apply the credit to your first payment.

How your credit works

Your credit equals the amount you actually paid, before tax and after discounts or refunds, for your single largest qualifying individual package. Paid intro packages, including $99 intros, qualify. Non-recurring class packs qualify when the individual package cost at least $100 before tax. Packages cannot be combined.

Use your credit once toward the first month of Core Flow, Core Strength or Core Access. Your credit is capped at that first month’s membership fee. There is no cash refund, carryover or stacking with another offer.

Keep moving, bring a guest

Join immediately, even if you still have classes left. Visits already used do not reduce your credit. Your remaining package visits keep their original expiry.

Standard unlimited memberships include one eligible class per day and one guest visit each calendar month. Core Flow covers Pilates/Barre, Core Strength covers Cinchformer, and Core Access covers all class types.

Membership terms

The selected plan’s existing 3- or 12-month commitment, automatic monthly billing and regular renewal price apply. The credit reduces only your first monthly payment. View current membership options and prices.

This offer is for eligible nonmembers. Current members, employee and complimentary memberships are excluded. Gift cards, drop-ins, merchandise and event purchases do not qualify. Eligibility and the credit amount are verified before redemption. One redemption per customer.
